Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

Customers should inspect Products immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, tampered, incorrect, or missing Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@drinkandi.com together with photographs where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
